Information you choose to share
The contact form stores your name, email, optional telephone and subject, message and the activity you enquire about so the site team can respond. Do not include passport details, payment information or sensitive personal information.
Your chosen language is stored in an essential cookie for up to one year. Browser language is checked when you enter an unprefixed address. You can change your choice from the header.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored in the website’s database and sent to the site contact mailbox through the configured mail service. The site team reviews resolved requests for deletion after 90 days, unless a continuing enquiry requires retention. Contact contact@visitouarzazate.com to request access, correction or deletion.
Cookies and saved places
A session cookie protects forms and administrator authentication. My Trip uses local storage in your own browser. Optional analytics or advertising tools load only after you accept optional tracking. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer.
First-party website statistics
When enabled, the site counts page visits in daily totals by page, content category, referring domain, broad browser category and device category. It does not store IP addresses, visitor identifiers, search terms or full browser signatures for these statistics. These counts are not unique-person counts. Signed-in administrators and obvious bots are excluded, and Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. No country is inferred.
External services
The interactive map requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap; those requests expose standard connection data such as an IP address. WhatsApp, provider links and external websites apply their own privacy terms when you follow them.
Site operator
The site operator’s legal identity must be completed before public commercial launch.
